I found this swirled patterned paper in a pad for Spring and went with the circular idea.
The base card is white card stock with a layer of the patterned paper.
On another piece of white card stock I stamped the verse, hippo and bird from Paper Smooches "year four" in different areas using StazOn jet black ink.
I colored them with LePlume markers and die cut them with my nested circles dies.
To finish I glued them to the card front.
