I wonder if it's the water outside...

that's making me want to watercolor inside???

Color Throwdown Challenge

I started with a piece watercolor paper and stamped the Penny Black "centerpiece" using Adirondack slate ink.

I continued by coloring the image with my Derwent Inktense pencils and using my water color brush to float out the color.

Once it was thoroughly dry I stamped the "wishing" from ODBD "Wishing Words" using the same ink.

I trimmed it down and taped it to the front of a watercolor base card.
