Sometimes you don't need a stamp...

If I am totally honest I kind of did make a stamp for the snow.
 It's three dots punched out of craft foam and attached to a block.

But the rest of the card is only dies.
I started with a white linen card stock base card and added the blue linen piece.
I die cut the village (Impression Obsession DIE118-H) and the trees (Impression Obsession DIE217-E) from another piece of white linen.
I glued down the village to the blue piece and took my Colorbox white ink and sponged in swirls then added the dots to make it look more snowy.
Finally I added the trees with glue dots for dimension. 

I will make more of these to keep going on the...
