Sometimes it pays to go shopping with your hubby...

Never be afraid of the hardware stores.
I went with hubby recently and found two great things that I used for this card.
The roll on the left is drywall seaming tape and the yellow is painter's tape.

Starting with a cream base card I taped the front down to scrap paper...

Using my sponge daubers and three Adirondack inks I colored the area with the drywall tape...

Ever so gently I removed the tapes and stamped the image and verse from MFT "GP Wildflowers".

A clean and simple card using supplies from the hardware store!
