A long time ago I found out that I could make lights looked like them glowed using Prismacolor pencils with Gamsol and artist stumps.
On a white card stock slim line card I stamped the limbs from Papertreyink “Winter Woods” using StazOn jet black ink.
I stamped the sentiment from Papertreyink “Winter Village” using the same ink.
With the Prismacolor pencils I colored lights at the ends of the branch.
Using Gamsol and the artist stumps I pulled the color out.
Quick, clean and simple!
