tiled hello…

I love having pre-made stenciled items with dried pastes!
On white card stock I placed the Tim Holtz “Tile” stencil and applied Ranger Transparent Grit Paste to set aside and allow to dry.
The base card is white card stock with a layer of black card stock.
Using the dried main piece and Arteza markers I colored the tiles.
To finish I die cut three of the sentiments , MFT Die-namics “Little Hello”, from black card stock, glued them together and glued it to the front of the card stock.

  5. Rose, always happy when I see you participating in Color Dare's Challenge. Love the clean and simple layout and you've created a very pretty tile stenciled background. I don't usually do stenciled backgrounds but for our next DTC I did, which is not in my comfort zone, but now you have inspired me to dry paste for texture... your card is so pretty and thanks for sharing with us at Color Dare.

  7. Your card is fabulous, Arlene! I love that you colored the tiles after the paste dried rather than coloring the paste first - no wasted paste! The CAS vibe is perfect. Thank you for playing along with us at Color My Heart Color Dare #467.
