I am getting so far away from my "style"...

I had a talk with a friend yesterday about stamping styles.
Hers is what I call "fru-fru", lots of extras and artsy.
Mine has a tendency to be clean and simple.
But lately with these challenges I find they are making me expand my repertoire!

This card is an example...

The following card for today's challenge is an example of more layering and the dreaded sequins...

The base card is white card stock.
The next layer is a golden brown card stock and the next is purple that I cut using Die-namics "Blueprint 5" by MFT Stamps.
The couple, stamped with Adirondack black ink and colored with Faber-Castell Pitt Pens, and verse, stamped with Adirondack "caramel" ink, are from Art Impressions "Love Birds" .
I used the Die-namics set to cut out the couple and the verse.
Once they were all taped down I added silver sequins, to match the couples hair, and silver glitter glue to the center of the sequins.

Sometimes it's just fun to "challenge" yourself.
