...I found the following YouTube video.
The base card is water color paper with a layer of burgundy with flecks paper.
The strip is water color paper with three leaves from Tim Holtz "Happy Everything Blueprints" set stamped with StazOn timber brown ink.
I used the following Distress pads for the water coloring...
Vintage Photo
Fossilized Amber
Fired Brick
Spiced Marmalade
I applied the strip to the front of the card and with another piece of water color paper I stamped the verse and frame from Tim Holtz's "Saying Stuff' set with the same Distress inks.
I trimmed that out with scissors and applied to the card front with foam dots.
