Needed to say thank you...

I met a friend at the local farmer's market yesterday and we were talking Stampin' Up.
I explained that I had this bird punch that wouldn't work any more and she told me about a YouTube video.

Though this is not an approved by Stampin' Up video I had bought my punch second hand and figured ... why not?
So I tried it and as you can see by the card  it now works.

The base card is of kraft card stock with a layer of white card stock.
The top piece is from a pad of white embossed kraft card stock I bought in the sale place at Michael's.
I stamped the verse from Stampin' Up "Sweet Essentials" with Versamark ink and dipped it into white embossing powder before heating it with my heat tool.
I then trimmed it out to meet the sketch and applied it to the front of the card.
To finish the card I stamped the bird from Stampin' Up "Language of Friendship" with Versamark and embossed it using white embossing powder.
Using my "newly" revived punch I punched out the bird and wing and applied it to the front of the card with glue dots.
